Testimonials

What Linda’s clients have to say:

Linda has one of the sharpest eyes for detail of anyone who has coached me. Something I have found immensely helpful and refreshing: she doesn’t waste time in unnecessary nuance. One could spend a lifetime interpreting the rowing stroke but Linda seems to just know with great confidence what to do. And her coaching immediately sparks change that can squeeze out a few splits in one practice alone.

Linda’s coaching is always right on point. There’s no bluster or blowing smoke – just the feedback you need to get faster. It became obvious to me pretty quickly why Linda’s athletes are able to find so much speed.

I had been sculling for close to 10 years before I was coached by Linda Muri. My goal was simple, efficiency. I knew I was putting in far too much effort in my stroke and getting far too little in return. Also I was not really enjoying being on the water.

Coach Muri taught me drills to get back to the basic parts of the stroke, helping me think through the progression correctly. She gave me new ways of understanding the stroke, my body position, and balance. She was very clear, gave excellent examples and was very patient with my endless questions. My efficiency increased but more importantly, Coach Muri helped me recapture my joy in sculling.
